Gable carport
Brooklyn Park. Colorbond® carport with a red roof to match the house
Around your kids, your dog, and everything you own. It is worth knowing who they are before you pick the cheapest quote.
Twelve licensed trades and full public liability cover. You will know who is on your property and who is responsible for the work. Licence and insurance details come with every quote.
Colorbond® and UniCote® steel, Dulux coatings, Ziptrak® blinds. All of it carries the maker's warranty, and all of it comes from suppliers we have used for years.
The crew who start your job are the crew who finish it. Nothing gets handed to a subcontractor you have never met.
Scope, materials, inclusions and price, on paper, before we start. If we find something unexpected we stop and talk to you first.
Gates closed, driveways swept, screws and offcuts cleared every day. If you have kids or a dog we will tell you what is happening and when.
Family-owned in South Australia since 1989. Thirteen local staff. If you need us later, the phone number will be the same one.
One licensed team, one person to call, and a written warranty on all of it.
A roof that has started letting water in does not just cost you a roof. It costs you ceilings, insulation, wiring and paint, and it does it quietly for years before anyone notices a stain.
The good news is the reverse is also true. A new roof, a carport that suits the house, or a verandah where there used to be dead lawn are among the few jobs that protect the house and lift what it is worth at the same time.
Same process for a gutter job as for a full re-roof. You always know what is happening, what it costs, and who is at your house.
Someone gets up on the roof or into the space and photographs what is there. You see the photos. No sales pitch.
For carports and verandahs we draw it in CAD and show you a 3D picture. Every job gets a written quote with the scope and inclusions spelled out.
Where council approval or engineering is needed, we prepare and lodge it. Then we book a start date and tell you what to expect each day.
Licensed trades, on site when we said, working to the quoted scope. If something unexpected turns up we stop and speak to you first.
You inspect the job with us. We sweep the driveway for screws. You get the materials and workmanship warranties in writing.

If someone cannot answer these clearly and in writing, that tells you something.
Yes. Every quote starts with a free visit anywhere we service. We look at the roof or the space, photograph what we find, and give you a fixed price in writing.
Yes. Our builder's licence is BLD 280939, we carry full public liability insurance, and the work is done by licensed trades. The licence and insurance details come with every quote. You should ask every trade you talk to for the same thing.
No. The work is done by our own staff. We are a thirteen-person business, so the crew on your job work for us, and there is one number to call if anything needs looking at afterwards.
Two. The maker's warranty on the materials, and our own written warranty on the workmanship. Both are handed to you when the job is finished.
Roofing is noisy during the strip, but the house stays dry and liveable the whole time. We never leave a roof open overnight, and we will tell you which days are the loud ones.
For carports and verandahs, yes. We do the engineering paperwork and lodge the application for you.
Most of South Australia, north and south. Greater Adelaide and the Hills every day. Regularly out through the Barossa, the Mid North, Port Pirie, Port Augusta and Whyalla, down the Fleurieu to Victor Harbor, and across the Murraylands, Riverland and South East. The one place we do not go is the Yorke Peninsula. If you are not sure, ring and ask. The answer is usually yes.
We come out, look, and give you a fixed price in writing. If the honest answer is that it can wait a few years, we will tell you that instead.
