Yes. Every quote starts with a free on-site assessment across Greater Adelaide. We inspect the actual condition of your roof or space, photograph what we find, and give you a fixed written quote with the scope spelled out.
Yes. We have twelve licensed trades and carry full public liability insurance. Licence and insurance details are provided with every quote — and you should be asking every trade you consider for the same thing.
The work is done by our own employed crew. We're a thirteen-person local business, which means the people who quote your job are the people who do it, and there's a single point of accountability if anything needs revisiting.
Two things: the manufacturer's warranty on materials such as Colorbond® steel, and our own written workmanship warranty on the installation. Both are handed to you in writing when the job is finished.
Roofing is noisy during the strip, but the house stays weathertight and liveable throughout — we never leave a roof open overnight. We'll tell you which days are the loud ones so you can plan around them.
For carports and verandahs, yes. We prepare the engineering documentation and lodge the approval on your behalf as part of the job.
