Built For Life has been working on Adelaide homes since 1989. We are family owned and everyone who works here is on our books. Thirteen people. When you ring the number on this site you get someone who knows what jobs are on this week.
That matters in this trade. Roofing and outdoor building attract a lot of operators who appear for a season and are gone by the time the warranty claims start. We have been answering the same phone number for over thirty years.

Your house is the most expensive thing you will ever own. We treat it that way.
Most of the damage we get called to fix was cheap to prevent and expensive to repair. A rusted valley iron is a small job. The ceiling, insulation and repaint it eventually causes is not.
So we would rather tell you your roof has eight good years left and lose the job than sell you a roof you do not need. The referrals that come from that have kept this business going for three decades.
The same goes for how we behave at your place. Your family lives there. Gates get shut. Driveways get swept. Nobody smokes on your property. We get more comments about the driveway being swept than about the roof.

The crew who start your job are the crew who finish it. Nothing gets handed to a subcontractor you have never met.

Scope, materials, inclusions and price, on paper, before we start. If we find something unexpected we stop and talk to you first.
Careful around your family
Gates closed, driveways swept, screws and offcuts cleared every day. If you have kids or a dog we will tell you what is happening and when.
