We strip, replace and re-roof homes right across Greater Adelaide, from single-storey brick veneers in the north to heritage homes in the eastern suburbs. Tile strip and re-sheet in Colorbond® steel, metal roof replacement, and full structural repairs where the timbers underneath have had enough.
Every replacement starts with an honest look at what you've actually got. Sometimes a roof has another decade in it and we'll tell you so. When it doesn't, you get a fixed written quote, a start date, and a crew that turns up when we said we would.

Every one of these is written into your fixed quote before work starts, so there is nothing to argue about at the end.
- Full site assessment — We get up there, photograph what we find, and show you — no guesswork, no scare tactics.
- Tile strip and removal — Old material stripped, sorted and taken away. Your yard is left as we found it.
- Structural check and repair — Battens, rafters and purlins inspected and repaired before anything new goes on.
- Sarking and insulation — Reflective foil sarking installed as standard for thermal performance and moisture control.
- Colorbond® steel installation — BlueScope-supplied sheeting in the full colour range, installed to manufacturer spec.
- Flashings, ridge and valley — The details that decide whether a roof leaks in ten years — done properly, not rushed.
- Full clean-up and magnet sweep — Every nail and screw swept from driveways and lawns before we leave.
- Written warranty pack — Materials warranty plus our workmanship warranty, in writing, handed over on completion.

Free on-site assessment
We come to the house, get up on the roof or into the space, and photograph what we find. You get shown the actual condition of your home, not a sales pitch.
Design and fixed written quote
For carports and verandahs we draw it in CADD and give you a 3D visualisation. For every job you get a fixed written quote with the scope and inclusions spelled out.
Approvals and scheduling
Where council approval or engineering certification is needed, we prepare and lodge it. Then we book a start date and tell you what to expect each day.
Installation by our own crew
Licensed trades, on site when we said, working to the quoted scope. If anything unexpected turns up we stop and speak to you before proceeding.
Final inspection, clean-up and warranty
We walk the job with you, sweep every fixing off the driveway, and hand over your written materials and workmanship warranties.

Most single-storey Adelaide homes are done in three to five working days, weather permitting. We stage the work so your home is never left open overnight — anything stripped in a day is sealed by the end of that day.
Yes. It's noisy during the strip, but the house stays weathertight and liveable throughout. We'll let you know which days are the loud ones so you can plan around them.
Colorbond steel is lighter, faster to install, and handles Adelaide's temperature swings and hail well. Tiles suit some heritage streetscapes better. We'll walk you through both against your actual house rather than pushing one.
We stop, photograph it, and talk to you before doing anything. Repairs are quoted separately and clearly — you'll never get a surprise line item at the end.
