Ziptrak® Outdoor Blinds
A verandah gives you shade. Blinds give you a room. Ziptrak® runs in a side track with no ropes or zips, so it seals the edges and you can use the space in weather that would normally send you inside.
What we do.
Ziptrak® is designed and made here in Adelaide. The blind runs in a track on each side, stops wherever you leave it, and seals the edges so wind and rain do not come around the sides.
We fit clear PVC for winter, tinted PVC for glare, and mesh for summer shade and privacy. Most alfrescos end up with a mix, depending on which way each opening faces.

Every one of these is written into the quote before we start, so there is nothing to argue about at the end.
- Measure and quote on site. Measured to each opening, allowing for posts, beams and fall.
- Clear, tinted or mesh. Chosen per opening for the sun, the wind and the view.
- Track-guided. One hand to operate, stops at any height, no ropes or buckles.
- Sealed edges. The side tracks close the gaps rope-and-pulley blinds leave open.
- Motorised if you want it. Remote and smart-home options.
- Colour-matched hardware. Tracks and headboxes powder-coated to match the structure.
- Fitted by our own installers. Not handed to a subcontractor.
- Warranty on parts and labour. The maker's warranty plus ours on the install.

Someone gets up on the roof or into the space and photographs what is there. You see the photos. No sales pitch.
You get a fixed price in writing
For carports and verandahs we draw it in CAD and show you a 3D picture. Every job gets a written quote with the scope and inclusions spelled out.
We handle approvals and book a date
Where council approval or engineering is needed, we prepare and lodge it. Then we book a start date and tell you what to expect each day.
Our own crew does the work
Licensed trades, on site when we said, working to the quoted scope. If something unexpected turns up we stop and speak to you first.
We walk it with you and hand over the warranty
You inspect the job with us. We sweep the driveway for screws. You get the materials and workmanship warranties in writing.

In normal weather, yes. That is what the track seal is for. In sideways rain you might get some spray at the bottom edge, which is true of any outdoor blind.
That is the main reason people buy them. Clear PVC with the blinds down blocks the wind and holds a surprising amount of warmth.
Not much. Wipe the PVC with a soft cloth and soapy water and keep the tracks clear of leaves.
