Roofing & Roof Replacement
A roof is the one part of your home that never gets a day off. When it starts letting go, everything underneath it is on the clock — ceilings, insulation, wiring, and the value of the house itself.
We strip, replace and re-roof homes right across Greater Adelaide, from single-storey brick veneers in the north to heritage homes in the eastern suburbs. Tile strip and re-sheet in Colorbond® steel, metal roof replacement, and full structural repairs where the timbers underneath have had enough.
Roof Restoration
Not every tired roof needs replacing. A proper restoration can add ten to fifteen years to a sound roof for a fraction of the cost — and it will look like a new one from the street.
Restoration is the honest middle option. If your tiles are structurally sound but the pointing has crumbled, the ridge caps have lifted, or the colour has chalked off, you're paying for a full replacement you don't need.
Gutters & Downpipes
Gutters are the least glamorous thing on a house and the most expensive to ignore. Water that isn't taken away from the roofline goes into your eaves, your walls, and eventually your footings.
We replace guttering, fascia and downpipes across Greater Adelaide in Colorbond® steel to match your roof. Where the old system was undersized — very common on older Adelaide homes — we size the replacement to actually carry what falls on your roof in a real downpour.
Carports
Your car is likely the second most expensive thing you own, and in Adelaide it spends most of its life sitting under the sun or in the path of a hailstorm. A carport is the cheapest way to stop that.
Every carport we build is designed to the house, not pulled off a shelf. We measure the site, draw it in CADD, and give you a 3D visualisation so you can see exactly how it will sit against your roofline and brickwork before you commit.
Verandahs
A verandah is the rare home improvement that pays you back every single weekend. Shade in February, shelter in July, and a genuine extra room without the cost of building one.
We design and build verandahs to the house — flat, gable, dutch gable and curved profiles, freestanding or attached, insulated panel or Colorbond® sheet. Every one is measured on site and drawn before it's built.
Ziptrak® Outdoor Blinds
A verandah gives you shade. Ziptrak® gives you a room. Track-guided, gap-free, and operated with one hand — it's the difference between an outdoor area you use twice a year and one you use every week.
Ziptrak® is an Australian-designed track-guided system with no ropes, zips or buckles. The blind runs in a side track and stops wherever you leave it, sealing the edges so wind and rain don't get around the sides.
Ziptrak® Interior Blinds
Interior blinds get touched every single day, which is exactly why the cheap ones announce themselves so quickly. Made-to-measure, track-guided blinds simply keep working.
The same track-guided system, engineered for inside. Blockout, light-filter and sunscreen fabrics, made to measure for each opening so there are no light gaps down the sides.
Roller Shutters
Roller shutters are the one home improvement that works on three fronts at once: they make the house harder to break into, cheaper to cool, and noticeably quieter.
Insulated aluminium slat shutters, made to measure and installed across Greater Adelaide. Manual or motorised, with remote, wall-switch and smart-home control options.
