Free on-site assessment
We come to the house, get up on the roof or into the space, and photograph what we find. You get shown the actual condition of your home, not a sales pitch.
Design and fixed written quote
For carports and verandahs we draw it in CADD and give you a 3D visualisation. For every job you get a fixed written quote with the scope and inclusions spelled out.
Approvals and scheduling
Where council approval or engineering certification is needed, we prepare and lodge it. Then we book a start date and tell you what to expect each day.
Installation by our own crew
Licensed trades, on site when we said, working to the quoted scope. If anything unexpected turns up we stop and speak to you before proceeding.
Final inspection, clean-up and warranty
We walk the job with you, sweep every fixing off the driveway, and hand over your written materials and workmanship warranties.

In most South Australian councils, yes. We handle the engineering documentation and lodgement as part of the job so it's one less thing on your list.
Design and approval is usually the longest part. Once approved, most carports are installed in two to four days depending on footings and size.
Usually, yes — and it almost always looks better when it does. We'll flash it into the existing roofline so it reads as part of the house rather than an add-on.
