Roof Restoration
Not every tired roof needs replacing. A proper restoration can add ten to fifteen years to a sound roof for a fraction of the cost — and it will look like a new one from the street.
What we actually do.
Restoration is the honest middle option. If your tiles are structurally sound but the pointing has crumbled, the ridge caps have lifted, or the colour has chalked off, you're paying for a full replacement you don't need.
We pressure clean, replace broken tiles, re-bed and repoint ridge capping with flexible pointing, then apply a three-coat sealer and membrane system. The result is a roof that sheds water properly, reflects heat, and lifts the whole front of the house.

Every one of these is written into your fixed quote before work starts, so there is nothing to argue about at the end.
- High-pressure clean — Decades of moss, lichen and grime removed back to bare tile.
- Broken tile replacement — Cracked and slipped tiles swapped out and matched.

We come to the house, get up on the roof or into the space, and photograph what we find. You get shown the actual condition of your home, not a sales pitch.
Design and fixed written quote
For carports and verandahs we draw it in CADD and give you a 3D visualisation. For every job you get a fixed written quote with the scope and inclusions spelled out.
Approvals and scheduling
Where council approval or engineering certification is needed, we prepare and lodge it. Then we book a start date and tell you what to expect each day.
Installation by our own crew
Licensed trades, on site when we said, working to the quoted scope. If anything unexpected turns up we stop and speak to you before proceeding.
Final inspection, clean-up and warranty
We walk the job with you, sweep every fixing off the driveway, and hand over your written materials and workmanship warranties.

It comes down to the tiles and the timbers, not the look. If the tiles are sound and the structure is straight, restoration is usually the smarter spend. We'll tell you honestly which one you're looking at.
A properly prepared and coated tile roof will typically hold up for 10–15 years before it needs attention again, and the pointing work lasts longer than that.
If the leak is coming from failed pointing, cracked tiles or a rusted valley — yes, because we address all three. If the leak is structural, restoration won't fix it and we'll say so up front.
Yes. There's a full range of roof colours available, and we'll show you samples against your brickwork before anything gets sprayed.
